Meg, a native of Chicago, Illinois and accredited teacher by the An Coumisiun le Rinci Gaelacha in Dublin, Ireland has been dancing since the age of three with ballet, tap, jazz, modern & Irish. At the age of seven she joined the world renowned “Trinity Academy ” where she danced for 11 years under the direction of Mark Howard. While at Trinity she had the amazing opportunity to learn from Marie Duffy Pask, Richard Griffin & Rosetta McConomy. During that time she placed top three at regional & national championships and has placed at worlds in both solos & teams. While competing, she became a member of the Trinity Dance Company which she performed with for 5 years. In 1998, she was asked to join Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance. She toured with Lord of the Dance for four years. It was while on tour she met her husband Kevin. Meg is very excited to share her passion for dance with all of the students of Grafton Street Academy.

Kevin Doohan  

Kevin started dancing with Maureen Keane at age 6.  After a leave of absence, he joined the Comerford School in Seattle. With Comerford, Kevin has placed top 3 in regional competitions and 4th in Nationals. In 1999, Kevin placed third in the world.  After competitive dancing, Kevin went on to dance professionally in Michaels Flatley’s Lord of the Dance. “I am very excited to share my dance experience and help others enjoy this world as much as I have.”
